Jason McGuire is a lifelong problem solver focused on delivering real results—whether that means helping a seller navigate a complex market, guiding an investor toward a smart opportunity, or leading a team to perform at a higher level.
Licensed in 2004, Jason became a multi-million dollar producer within his first full year in real estate. Known for his calm approach, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of the market, he quickly built a reputation as someone clients could trust to guide them through important decisions.
After earning his Broker’s License in 2009, Jason was selected to launch and lead a property management division—an experience that would later help shape what is now Clover Property Management.
Leadership, Experience, and Long-Term Perspective
Jason has served multiple terms as President of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), where he focused on mentorship and raising the standard of property management in the region.
In 2019, he became Managing Broker of RE/MAX Infinity. In that role, his focus remains simple: deliver exceptional client experiences, raise the level of professionalism in the industry, and build long-term relationships rooted in trust.
Today, Jason continues to lead across multiple companies, including Clover Property Management and Priority 1 Home Services—providing a full-service approach for homeowners, landlords, and investors throughout Northwest Florida.

From preparing a home for sale to navigating inspections, repairs, or negotiations, I personally oversee the key parts of the process to keep everything moving in the right direction. With a background in property management, I’m used to coordinating multiple moving pieces and solving problems before they become bigger issues.
