Jason McGuire
Jason McGuire is a lifelong problem solver with a passion for delivering real results—whether he’s helping sellers navigate a complex market, guiding investors to profitable decisions, or leading a team of agents and property managers to reach their full potential.
Licensed in 2004, Jason became a multi-million dollar producer within his first full year in the business. He quickly established himself as a trusted professional known for his calm demeanor, sharp negotiation skills, and deep market knowledge. After graduating from the Realtor® Institute, he earned his Broker’s License in 2009 and was asked to launch and lead the company’s Property Management Division—a role that helped lay the groundwork for what would become Clover Property Management.
Jason went on to serve multiple terms as President of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), mentoring others while helping to raise the standard for property management in the region. In 2019, he became Managing Broker of RE/MAX Infinity, where he now leads with a clear focus: deliver exceptional experiences, raise the bar for professionalism, and build long-term relationships grounded in trust.
Today, Jason balances his leadership role at RE/MAX with hands-on involvement in Clover Property Management and Priority 1 Home Services—companies he helped build to support homeowners, landlords, and real estate clients throughout Northwest Florida.
He’s proud to work alongside his partner Emily (marketing director), his parents Mike and Paula (fellow Realtors), and a growing team of talented professionals. For Jason, real estate isn’t just a job—it’s a way to serve the community, support other families, and create opportunities for the people around him.
When he’s not working, Jason enjoys family time, off-road adventures, and tackling his next business idea. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or just looking for honest guidance, you can count on Jason’s experience, steady leadership, and unshakable commitment to doing things the right way.
